Day 01. Los Angeles


Depart Los Angeles to Shanghai.

Day 02. Shanghai

Arrive at Shanghai in the evening. You'll be met by one of our representatives and you and your luggage will be transferred to Jinjiang Hotel, where you will enjoy a comfortable overnight rest.

Day 03. Shanghai / Nanjing

After an early-morning breakfast, leave for Nanjing by bus. Visit Dr. Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. Dr. Sun is considered  the pioneer of the Chinese revolution. B/L/D provided.


Day 04. Nanjing / Yangzhou

Visit Xuan Wu Park, a spectacular tour of Nanjing and a visit to Ming Tomb. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely drive to Yangzhou, one of the ancient cities along the banks of the Yangtze River. B/L/D provided.


Day 05. Yangzhou / Suzhou

An early-morning departure to visit Slender West Lake, one of the most beautiful artificial lakes in  the southern Yangtze River region. The next site is a visit to a lush, private garden named "Ge Yuan" known for its many varieties of bamboo and a garden laid out to evoke the essence of the four seasons.

Day 06. Suzhou / Shanghai

A visit to Tiger Hill on the northwest edge of Suzhou is considered a must-see attraction with its leaning pagoda, groomed trails and waterfalls with history that dates back to 961. Continue the visit to the Garden of Humble Administrator, one of the finest gardens in the region. Catch an afternoon bus to Shanghai, known as the "Paris of the East" with over 16 million people. Enjoy an evening of sights and fun on your own, or just kick back, relax and enjoy the energy of this fabulous city.


Day 07. Shanghai

Visit Yu Yuan Gardens, which means "peace and health." Indulge in the garden's many varieties of flora covering over five acres, with scenic spots and themes named after China's many dynasties. The garden is considered an architectural wonder in this region. The next visit is to the Bund -- a representative symbol of Shanghai. The skyline of this area is a wonder to behold, with over 50 types of ornate and beautiful architecture from Romanesque to Rennasaince. The individual buildings reveal the history and growth of Shaghai throughout the centuries. Continuing on you'll enjoy a visit to the Jade Buddha temple, and after, have ample time for a stroll along Nanjing Road.
